Designed to encourage literacy skills in pre-schoolers, this game has two different ways of playing, both to introduce children to word sounds and matching and to then help them start to build the words.
 
The first mode involves choosing a board with a picture and matching the letter cards to the letters already on the board, a great way to encourage thinking about the letters and sounds and concentrating and remembering to match these up.
The second mode involves choosing the letters and placing them correctly on an empty board to match the picture. This is a great step-up once the child has become familiar with the word and forms the first step to spelling skills.
